• All Pressure Testing is carried out at 60° at 2.5 bar/40 psi

We hot pressure test cylinder head and cylinder block castings by stopping off all water passages with rubber pads and bungs to achieve an airtight seal therefore any porosity or cracks in the casting can be detected.
